with these 5:
1. Create a morning routine. (Go to bed earlier.)
2. Have a schedule. (Keep the promises you made to yourself. Then
fill in the rest.)
3. Do it. Even if you don't like it. (It's not a fun fact, but it's
true.)
4. You are what you consistently do. (Right now, what would you
be?)
5. Consistently Improve. (In any and every day of your
life.)
